Breakfast:
- 2 scrambled eggs on whole wheat toast with salsa
- Raspberry light yogurt
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Peanut Pad Thai noodles with sautéed broccoli and carrots
- Whole grain pita chips with onion and chive cream cheese
Dinner:
- Rest of Thai noodles from lunch
Snacks:
- Broccoli and carrots with low fat ranch
- Dry roasted peanuts
- A couple sour cream and onion chips
- Graham crackers with Nutella
