  • Peanut Pad Thai noodles with sautéed broccoli and carrots
  • Whole grain pita chips with onion and chive cream cheese

Dinner:

  • Rest of Thai noodles from lunch

Snacks:

  • Broccoli and carrots with low fat ranch
  • Dry roasted peanuts
  • A couple sour cream and onion chips
  • Graham crackers with Nutella
